Each card contains a Medic form to contain all of your personal information in the event of an emergency or even when visiting the hospital.

At their simplest, medical alert cards carry key information about a person’s condition, needs or communication preferences. That might include a diagnosis, emergency contact details, medication information, or a short message explaining what support may be helpful.
